You asked and AFWPI answered. The AFWPI Destination Wedding Specialist Certification Course is available online via live streaming during certain live seminars. Be a part of the course and get your certification from the comfort of your own home. This course will be instructed by Candice “Candy” Cain, and all participants that pass the open book test will obtain their certificate as an AFWPI Certified Destination Wedding Specialist. Their certificate will bear the signatures of Candy and Richard Markel, President of AFWPI, and will be sent to them via USPS Priority Mail.
Course participants need not be a certified wedding planner nor a certified travel agent. They will receive their certification as a Destination Wedding Specialist, which is completely different from both of the aforementioned fields. Participants will also have the opportunity to partner with Candy Cain Travel and/or Wedding Lane with Candy Cain on future projects. Candy will also make herself available via email and telephone to any participants that may have questions about destination weddings after the course at no additional charge.
This course will be offered online Wednesday, July 25, from 1:00pm- 5:00pm EST. Course registrants will receive a special link for the course via GotoMeeting.com. Online registrants will receive a PDF copy of the presentation, and will be required to mail their final exam (open book) to Candy Cain Travel when completed. Their test will be graded upon receipt, and the participant will receive a phone call as to whether or not they passed.
